We are back

Hello all! Happy to announce that I am back to operating ApexKeyboards full time. The past year and a half has been a challenging time trying to balance both ApexKeyboards and a full time corporate job. I am now focused on closing out the last two group buys within the next 60~ days. 

Updates to Markham Warehouse

• Markham warehouse set to close by Sept 20 with operations returning to our home office
• Office clearance sales will be announced prior to last day (Includes select inventory, office equipment, warehouse equipment) 
• Customers that have selected pick up can receive their items (shipped free of charge) 

Updates to Group Buys

• 2 Active group buys left to complete (GMK NTD & EPBT RIN)
• GMK NTD will be shipped by end of September
• GMK Rin to be shipped by end of September; Partial shipments have been going out to customers and all pick up orders are ready
• GMK Zimo & Beige Add-on partially shipped; Aiming to finish by Sept 10

Updates to Customer Service

• Expect more frequent updates via socials, website and email on last two group buys or any store related news
• Replying to customer tickets within 3 business days 

Whats next for us?

ApexKeyboards has been a passion project for the last 7 years and has been my pride and joy. During COVID the keyboard industry experienced an immense boom in growth due to the shift to work from home.

Ever since 2022 we've seen a significant decline in the market with consolidations and exits. The decline in the market has impacted a majority of vendors including us with some of our inventory not arriving from certain vendors.

While we scale down operations this year back to our home office we thank every customer that has ordered from us and we will continue to keep the store running. We plan on doing a few projects here and there, some projects or product drops!
