COVID-19 Shipping Delays


UPDATE AS OF 6/11/2020

After reaching out to my Canada Post representative, they have advised us to wait 21 days after the delivery standard date before submitting a claim for a lost item in order to allow more time for item processing and delivery. As this has mostly affected the batch that was picked up by Canada Post on June 1st. This means that you should wait until around June 29th until contacting us about submitting a claim. We are continuously monitoring packages that went out that day to provide everyone with the latest updates and how we can follow up with Canada Post.

Shipping Delays: 

After speaking with Canada Post, they're scanning packages less since they're unable to have more people on the ground to physically process the items. All processing centers across Canada is backlogged with 3x more volume than black Friday. Mentioned in the call was YVR, YYZ (Mississauga) and YUL (Super backlogged). Please wait until the estimated delivery window is closed until contacting us about your parcel, do not contact Canada post since only the sender can create claims.

With every re-stock we will have a 5-6 day processing time in order for us to pack and ship out your orders. (200+ Orders)

Our Response
  • For all domestic packages we will be closely monitoring the current unresolved cases for missing parcels.
  • For all international packages and orders, we will be evaluating either suspending all international orders or finding an alternative (Including the US).
  • We are shipping out your packages as humanly possible with one person. In addition, to reduce contact with frontline postal workers, we will be grouping batches of orders (100 per batch) and shipping them out accordingly.
